Responsibilities:
Learn and apply different sourcing techniques to guarantee a pipeline of active candidates
CV screening according to vacancies requirements
Identify the best matching talents for our clients’ teams
Initial contact with candidates and processing them to recruitment team
Execute various market analysis required to help filling in vacancies faster
Maintenance of databases and related reports
Monitoring the relevance of vacancies on job portals
Requirements:
At least 6 months of experience in searching for IT vacancies
Knowledge of IT market
Intermediate level of English and excellent communication skills
Proficient PC user (Experience with Excel, Word)
Personal profile:
Highly responsible and motivated person
Proactive and result-oriented
Strong networking skills
Team player: work closely with recruiters
Be aware and make use of the market’s newest recruitment tools
Having a “get things done” attitude
